The ref was card-happy but I don't think the players can really complain too much with the ref's decisions as there were some pretty atrocious tackles going in from both sides. Still, it's a pity to see the Dutch go out as they always bring so much colour to the finals, as well as a style of play that is usually a joy to watch.
