Today at school we had a meeting to discuss various things. The main purpose of the meeting was to give the teachers some insight on our teamwork and project status. Now there've been many things going on in our team. Some hostility between teammembers (even that much that a girl ran away crying...i shit you not), but there also fun off course. Now sometimes, if not all days people complain to each other in private amongst each other, and behind each others back. Been there, done that. But I'm also straight forward, and I tend to say things in peoples faces if i don't like them or the way they act.

But off course at the meeting people where silent....and not only them also me. Cause there is a huge difference in being honest and being an asshole. Even tho I really dislike some of our teammembers, I really do. I'd prefer to see them kicked out of the team to improve teamplay, tho I still treat them with respect, and especially in front of the entire crew, it's good to be honest, but in a sincere and proper way.

Nicely said, P. I always thought that people who were honest and said things in the worst way possible (they justify it by calling it 'frank') is also lying because it's tactless and it's said in the way that it shouldn't have been. There is always a certain way of saying things that would give the message to the other person the correct way, and that's usually the proper way. =)

Big teams are such a mess. Tell them what you think but in a way that they won't mind.

some things are better left unsaid....
unless those people really start behaving outrageous.. then noone can speak about respect!!

but respects to you for doing that!!

honesty is always good... but it also comes with responsibility and maturity...

you just need to know the proper time and how you deliver it... ;)

happy thanksgiving, dear...

No `Ka, honesty needs no proper time. It should be there whatever the timings. I think that.
