Msn is starting to piss me of more and more lately. It was a awesome product at the start. It was revolutionary as you could talk to people fast and easy, just like a sms chat but then ten times better. Then they introduced emoticons. Nothing wrong with that. A few smilies to show the person you are having a conversation with, how you feel or think. Then they added moving emoticons, still nothing wrong with that, its fast and easy, emoticons are okay nothing special, some are designed better and msn is still a good program. Then comes version 5 where they introduce pictures next to your name. Theres nothing wrong with that either, in fact its nice to show the other persons your face if that really is indeed your face. Msn rocked so far, never had any issues with it, no crashing problems, no hanging, nothing... nada.But I knew they had to fuck it up one day. Late 2004/early 2005 they introduce msn 6, integrated with drawable text (you know where you can draw something and then send it as a message), moving bigger emoticons, and ones you can create yourself and add. Hah you thought that was it? Then get msn 7 version till the latest and be surprised as they have added ALOT of more junk to it: datefinder, msnmoney, custom emoticons, msn gaming, adds for xbox and msn toolbar, free radio, great ebay deals, lots of more addins, a second tag line where you can add even more text to your name, slaps, NUDGING *growls* and last but not least 'the fucking annoying stupid ass flash winks'. (Not to mention how slow and heavy everything loads)
Remember geektalk??? y0 \/\/u55up, |_00K 1]v[ 74|_k1|\|g g33k (translated as 'yo wussup, look im talking geek). Well now we have "msn-slang" here is an example:
Pfff nowadays it just costs more time to chat, cus you have to decipher what everything means. Btw the text in the msn window above says: "Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey Papi how are you" and the other line says "I hypnotized Scarface and rolled on the floor laughing when I got kissed by Wack Jacko but I didnt feel well and dumped the loser so im ok now and dancing in my lowrider, when a crazy baby kissed me and a farmer told me I looked crazy". i think after reading this post, i'm so glad microsoft is being prejudiced to mac users... why??? 'cuz i HATE those geek slang talk or whatever you call it... sorry, i tawt i'm a geek, i guess i'm not THAT geek compared to some :P 'n IF there's anybody sending me that kinda message that i have to decipher, i'll say to that person to type something in regular human being can understand otherwise, bugger off :D

yesturday i infected all my friends PC's and my collegues PC's with a virus sent through MSN. The screen popped up and I thought my friend was sending me some fun linkl, especially when it contained my name in it i though: GREAT OPEN IT!! I did and of course then the SHIT started.. and it send the same message to all my contacts!!

Damn it's like playing Sherlock Holmes online when all you want is a decent conversation. Man, I just use those new emoticons to express emotions. I try to avoid using them in words! I guess when people misuse MSN it would come out tragic like the screenshot you showed me. I wonder how MSN will look like when it releases its newest version..

Haha! That's funny! I didn't know msn was such a pain in the arse. I'm on a Mac so I use a program called adium, which is still just a plain and simple messenger. It allows me to talk to msn, yahoo, jabber and aol users all on the same program! Wicked! I love my Mac!
